The com­mu­ni­ca­tion win­dow is where clients can be added, sus­pend­ed, removed and edit­ed. Errors and logs can be accessed for trou­ble shoot­ing or basic mon­i­tor­ing. Capture can be start­ed, paused, resumed, and end­ed. The pref­er­ence pan­el can be opened here too.

All avail­able and con­nect­ed Clients and Servers are shown in this win­dow. The num­ber of con­nect­ed Clients and Servers are shown in the list on the left edge of this window.

Open the com­mu­ni­ca­tion win­dow by choos­ing File > Communication win­dow.

NOTE: If remote com­mu­ni­ca­tions are required to be sent over the Internet, IT con­sul­ta­tion will be a must.
