The “New Experience” of the Statsbomb platform now works in 10 languages, so every coach and analyst on your staff can work in the one they think in.
Most football clubs don't operate in one language. Until recently, their analytics platform did.
Now, coaches, analysts and technical staff can use every Hudl Statsbomb “New Experience” dashboard, model, radar and report in the language they think in – with no change to setup or subscription.
The languages going live in this initial rollout are German, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Dutch, and Greek.
The data doesn't change. Who can act on it does
The depth of the data stays exactly the same. 3,400+ events per game. Industry-standard xG. On-Ball Value across every action on the pitch. What changes is the conversation around it.
The question shifts from being who on your staff can now put those metrics to work, to who is best suited and how quickly can we get the answers we need.

Where the language barrier really is
English has tended to be the working language for senior analysts and dedicated data staff. But for coaches, at academy level, and across technical teams in clubs that operate in more than one language, it has been a barrier.
Reducing that barrier is what this update is about.
A first-team coach can now sit in front of the same Hudl Statsbomb dashboards their analyst uses, and follow the conversation in their native language. An academy coordinator can pull up player development metrics without needing a translator in the room.
Ultimately, this creates fewer bottlenecks between the data and the people making decisions on the pitch.
How to switch languages
Language settings are per user, not per club. Anyone on your Hudl Statsbomb subscription can change their platform language from the Settings menu at any time. English stays available for anyone who prefers it, and switching costs nothing.
Connected across the Hudl Pro Suite
This is where Hudl Statsbomb also connects to the wider Hudl Pro Suite. Metrics flow into Sportscode and Insight for video-connected analysis, and now that flow works in the language your staff already uses. The value of the ecosystem shows up in more places, for more of your team.
