The Hudl IQ offensive tools give coaches a smarter, faster way to evaluate performance. Offensive coaches can use these tools to go beyond the box score with deeper insights to identify trends and make data-backed adjustments while self-scouting and game planning.

With features like offensive radars, formation tools, run tendencies and line pressure data, Hudl IQ helps turn complex data into clear insights, giving coaches an edge with game preparation

Here’s a quick look at Hudl IQ’s offensive tools and how coaches are getting the most out of them.

Offensive Radar. Hudl IQ radars use specific stats and metrics to provide a comprehensive overview of team and player traits and performance. These team and player radars are a fast, visual way to see the full picture of an offense. Use them to spot patterns, identify strengths and weaknesses and make data-backed adjustments.

Formation Summary. The Hudl IQ Formation Summary tool sheds light on how successfully a team performed in a particular formation. Use this tool to identify strengths and weaknesses and to build out a game plan for opposing offenses.

Depth Chart. The Depth Chart tool gives coaches an instant overview of plays, play % and usage % for every player on the roster.

Passing Chart. The Passing Chart provides information on where the ball is being thrown. This tool allows coaches to see where on the field a pass was completed, average distance per completion and average air yards per completion and attempt. Use it to analyze every pass by outcome, location or situation using color-coded paths or heat maps.

Tackle Map. The Tackle Map shows where tackles start and whether a tackle was successful or not. Use this tool to see when a tackle was first attempted, how many yards were gained after contact and total yards gained.

Run Tendencies. The Run Tendencies tool allows coaches to filter by who is running the ball and who is on the offensive line, making it easy to pinpoint where a team most often runs the ball and how successfully they are at running in a particular gap. Use the run tendencies to compare success rate and yards gained compared to team and league averages.

Line Pressures. The Line Pressures tool allows coaches to measure offensive line performance. Compare your linemen’s quarterback protection prowess, both individually and as a group, to team and league averages. Identify which lineman and running back combinations most impact your running game.

Hudl IQ’s offensive radars, formation analysis, run tendencies and line battles insights give coaches the tools to self-scout, game plan and outsmart the competition.
