We've made changes to the data model for Playlists (Sorters and Organizers) - you shouldn't notice any difference on the playlists themselves, but it means any new playlists created from 12.57.0 onwards are not backwards compatible with previous versions of Sportscode.
What's Improved?
Row names, ordering, and colours are now preserved across playlist uploads and downloads. This ensures that playlists uploaded from Hudl Sportscode to Hudl.com more accurately reflect the original version, and maintain consistency when downloaded from your library.
Building on our previous update that allowed playlists to reference existing video on Hudl.com, we've now extended this functionality to the competition database. Clips that reference existing video from the competition database are now uploaded more efficiently, resulting in faster upload times.
When downloading a game from your Hudl library, Hudl Sportscode will now alert you if the download fails due to insufficient disk space on your local drive. You'll get a clear message explaining the issue and steps on how to resolve the problem.
What's Fixed?
Previously, if a quick upload failed, the upload would continuously retry. Now, if referencing existing content on Hudl.com fails during a quick upload, Sportscode will attempt a full video upload. If that also fails, an error message will be shown instead of repeated retries.
