A magnetic culture is an organization where employees want to stay and talent wants to join.

OMAHA, Neb. (July 13, 2023) - Quantum Workplace, a leading employee success platform, announced the recipients of its annual Employee Voice Awards (EVA) where Hudl was named Gold - Most Magnetic Culture. The Most Magnetic Culture category recognizes organizations where employees want to stay and talent wants to join. The magnetic culture is a product of trust and flexibility, and employees feel empowered to do their best.

“Our mission is to make every moment count for our customers and it all starts with recruiting and supporting our incredible global team,” said Hudl CEO David Graff. “We’re proud of how each of our employees helps Hudl build an inclusive culture that values real talk, continued learning and development, transparency, and winning together. Many workplace awards are “pay to play,” which we avoid because we want to earn it. That’s why we’re honored to be recognized by Quantum Workplace—because it represents the wins of our people, and the intentional work that our teams put in to take employee feedback and create actionable change.”

On top of biannual performance reviews and manager upward feedback cycles, Hudl also organizes annual company-wide engagement surveys, which averages a more than 90% participation rate. The input gathered from these surveys turns into specific actions plans for the business, ensuring everyone plays a role in helping drive Hudl’s culture forward.

Quantum Workplace’s EVA honors companies annually that have made strides to create an engaging work experience, inspire employee impact and performance, and build a magnetic culture that attracts the best and keeps the best talent. To be considered, award candidates must have exhibited their dedication to prioritizing their people by making them feel valued, heard, and connected to the organization, positioning themselves as employers of choice. This year, Quantum Workplace honored seven customers in four different categories.

“These organizations understand that their greatest lever for business success is their people and are setting the standard for creating an engaging experience, inspiring employee impact, and using organizational magnetism for recruiting and retention,” said Quantum Workplace CEO Greg Harris.

As part of the EVA application process, all customer candidates provided Quantum Workplace with a narrative and supporting documentation that included a description of the challenge they faced, their strategy, and solutions they deployed to overcome it, and metrics showing the impact to employee and business success.
