Synchronize and update Titan devices with TitanSync software. Please select your preferred version below. If you are installing TitanSync on an IT managed computer, please refer to the IT requirements below.
Standard installer. If you are not sure which installer to use, try this version first. Requires administrative account on the target PC. If you cannot install or the program is not launching, please try the Windows Portable version.
A zip file containing TitanSync executable. To use this version, simply download and extract the contents. Then run TitanSync5.exe to launch the application. This version does not require administrative rights.
Standard DMG installer. MacOS Sonoma or more recent OS is required. Please fully update your OS prior to installation.
IT Requirements
USB ports must be accessible to TitanSync
Inbound and outbound traffic on port 443 to domains stats.integratedbionics.com and ib-upload.s3.amazonaws.com
Disk write access to the TitanSync installation folder
