MIAA and Hudl Announce Exclusive Streaming Partnership Extension

3 min Read

Lincoln, Neb. – Hudl, the global leader in sports performance analysis and scouting, is proud to announce its extended partnership with The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) to continue exclusive streaming of the conference’s regular and postseason competitions.

“The MIAA enjoys the autonomy and revenue generation opportunities available through managing its own Network,” said MIAA Commissioner Mike Racy. “Hudl has been a great partner in helping the MIAA be innovative and creative with its media platform, and we are very excited about the Association’s future in the collegiate streaming environment.”

Hudl and The MIAA have been bringing broadcast-grade streaming to NCAA Division II athletics since 2017. In 2021, the MIAA became the first NCAA Division II conference to have all streaming content behind a paywall, making the Association Hudl’s first collegiate client to surpass $2 million in gross receipts. With a new, multi-year contract extension, The MIAA Network on Hudl remains as the exclusive streaming distributor of MIAA events, covering both the regular season and postseason competition.

All MIAA football, women's soccer, volleyball, men's and women’s basketball, baseball and softball regular season conference contests are streamed live on The MIAA Network. Outside of the required sports, each MIAA member institution has the opportunity to broadcast any additional live contests and events exclusively on The MIAA Network. Once a live stream has ended, fans can still access the stream on demand on The MIAA Network.

The partnership with MIAA not only provides MIAA fans with a consistent viewing experience across the conference but also allows the league’s 14 member institutions to benefit from revenue potential. During the 2025-26 academic year, The MIAA Network showcased 1,600+ live broadcasts, helping the league distribute nearly $1 million in Network revenue to its members’ athletic departments.

"The MIAA has been a trailblazer in Division II livestreaming, and continuing this partnership is a proud moment for Hudl,” said Mark Krug with Hudl’s Elite Fan Partnerships. “Few conferences have shown what's possible the way the MIAA has built the MIAA Network into a model for broadcast quality, fan engagement, and revenue generation. We're excited to keep delivering every moment for MIAA colleges, student-athletes, and fans for years to come."

Content on the MIAA Network will continue to be accessed at TheMIAANetwork.com on computers and mobile devices. The MIAA Network App also remains available to download on any smartphone, mobile device, or smart TV such as Roku, Apple TV, Android TV, and Amazon Fire TV.
