An exclusive opportunity to step behind the scenes on athletic department operations, coach retention, and modern program strategy.

Dec 12, 2026

Chase Field, Arizona Diamondback Stadium

Phoenix, AZ

Overview

Hudl and Honest Game are hosting a private, invitation-only experience at Chase Field — a behind-the-scenes look at where athletic department operations are headed, shared in a setting most people never get access to.

Get an exclusive tour of Chase Field: the dugout, the clubhouse, the operational infrastructure behind a professional sports organization.

Next, you’ll sit down with Hudl and Honest Game leadership for an unscripted conversation. What has Hudl been building for athletic directors — and what does the future look like when you log in? Get a firsthand, behind-the-scenes look at what’s coming.

Then hear straight from Honest Game why now is the moment to get serious about eligibility, and why it’s tied directly to the success of your student-athletes.

Finally, hear from ADs who are already doing it: generating real revenue from their programs, treating eligibility as a system instead of a scramble, and running programs that thrive.
