LINCOLN, NE, (May 16, 2023) - Hudl has been named the official video analysis, video exchange and auto-capture solution for Western Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic League (WPIAL). Through this partnership, Hudl will work with WPIAL to showcase the value of data and video analysis. Hudl will also act as the official state video exchange platform and exclusive livestream partner for the WPIAL playoffs for football, boys and girls basketball and volleyball.

“Hudl is excited to partner with the WPIAL to provide top tier data and analytics, athlete highlights and customer service to reach our mission of helping to give every athlete the shot they deserve,” said Rachel Krasnow, Head of Strategic Partnerships at Hudl. “The WPIAL is a wonderful organization that, like Hudl, aims to provide and enhance opportunities for its schools and athletes. This partnership is a great strategic alignment and we look forward to showcasing these shared goals.”

“We’re happy to have Hudl as a partner and sponsor of the WPIAL,” said Scott Seltzer, Executive Director at WPIAL. “A lot of our member schools were already on Hudl to better their athletic departments, so it’s good to have them officially on board.”

Through this partnership, WPIAL athletes will have the opportunity to improve their skills with constant access to game and practice film, and advanced stats and reports from Hudl Assist. Schools, teams and players who utilize the Hudl platform will also be equipped with video and data analysis tools that support player development and can assist in the college recruitment process.

Hudl and WPIAL are working together to empower athletes, families, and coaches across the league, helping to further the shared mission of the Pennsylvania Interscholastic Athletic Association and WPIAL by providing a competitive and enjoyable environment for all.
