Doug is an experienced Senior Technical Analyst. A graduate of the Australian College of Physical Education with a degree in Sports Coaching and Administration, Doug began his career with AFL team GWS Giants before switching to Soccer and joining Sydney FC and setting a new standard for Performance Analysis in the Australian professional game. 

Doug joined the Football Federation Australia in 2018 as opposition scout for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia before taking on the role of Senior Technical Analyst later that year.
