LEXINGTON, Ky. (November 14, 2019) — BlueFrame Technology announced Wednesday a formal partnership with “Hoopsville” – the only weekly talk show dedicated to NCAA Division III men’s and women’s basketball. “Hoopsville” is owned and operated by veteran broadcaster Dave McHugh and is a contributing entity of D3hoops.com (part of the D3sports.com network).

Entering its 17th season of full coverage of Division III men’s and women’s basketball, “Hoopsville” airs live every Thursday and Sunday throughout the college basketball season. Each week McHugh breaks down all the big games, upsets, and movements in the weekly rankings. In addition, each episode features interviews with head coaches and players from across the country as well as opinions and insights from reporters and insiders dedicated to covering DIII basketball. All interview segments are done via the BlueFrame Technology “Hoopsville” Hotline.

As part of the partnership, show production of “Hoopsville” will rely on BlueFrame’s Production Truck software, providing McHugh multi-camera switching, custom transitions and overlays, dynamic pre-roll and mid-roll ad insertion, and 1080p encoding. In addition, fans will be able to watch every episode online at www.d3hoopsville.com as well as through BlueFrame’s Team1Sports app available on popular streaming media devices like Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, and Roku.

“Partnering with BlueFrame Technology allows us to take ‘Hoopsville’ to the next evolutionary step and provide a more stable streaming platform for our viewers,” said McHugh. “I have enjoyed using the Production Truck software for a number of years with sports broadcasts. Now to use PT to enhance ‘Hoopsville’ while also using the streaming power of BlueFrame Technology is a win-win. We can’t wait for viewers to enjoy the show as they have in the past, but also on their smart TVs. This partnership helps us continue to move forward and keep the spotlight bright on Division III student-athletes and coaches.”

The 2019-20 season premiere of “Hoopsville” is set for Sunday, November 17th at 7 p.m. (Eastern).
