We’re opening the door to the recruiting room. College coaches don't scroll highlight reels to build their rosters. They search Hudl Wyscout, the world's largest soccer database — and now every ECNL League Exchange game is in it too.

But unless you're a college or pro coach, you can't get to that side of Wyscout to see how it works.

So on September 9, we're giving you a look inside.

Greg Jordan from Hudl will walk you through Wyscout: how it ingests and tags every game, what a player profile and team report actually look like, and who's searching in it every day. 

Then, NCAA coaches will show you how they really recruit: what they search for, how they find players who fit their program, and how they track a player's growth season over season.
