New Hudl Signal Update: Smarter Goal Tracking, Less Hassle

1 min Read

A new automation update for Hudl Signal: Streamlined Live goal tracking that you define only once in Hudl Signal and track everywhere in SVIVO.

This new update to our game-changing athlete monitoring platform, Hudl Signal, improves its connectivity and integration with the Hudl ecosystem and addresses one of the main demands of our customers; making targets and goals more visible, accessible and intuitive.

Solving the Challenges of Target Configuration

Previously, targets had to be configured in two separate areas (General and Graph tabs), causing unnecessary duplication.

Also, users had to manually edit and upload a JSON file to enable targets on the Graph tab.

With this update, we have made it quicker and easier for Sports Scientists to track player performance against pre-defined goals, during live workflows, by improving the Targets functionality in SVIVO.

We have done this by making the existing targets visible across all SVIVO views, allowing you to quickly check if your players are performing to your pre-defined goals —no more redundant setup, and no need to create or modify JSON files.

Quick Hits: What to Expect from this new update

  • The existing targets functionality in SVIVO is more visible so that you can access them in any SVIVO view
  • This includes General, Grid and Graph views
  • Having access to targets in every SVIVO view allows you to best see which performance goal a player has fulfilled
  • Having targets appear in multiple views reduces duplication of effort
  • Targets now display on the SVIVO Graph automatically - previously this was a manual edit and upload via JSON

This latest update stays true to the core principles of Hudl Signal: Simplicity, automation and integration.
