Simple Strategies to Build and Sustain a Championship Culture of DEI & Belonging

Creating great humans is what we strive for as high school coaches. Data says that we as coaches are some of the most influential, positive forces on today’s youth by helping them build lifetime leadership skills. And more than ever, coaches are being asked to model and build a culture that embraces diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Dr. Jen Fry, a nationally renowned social justice educator trusted by some of the top D1 and national sports organizations, will offer strategies for integrating these practices into your program. In recognition of Title IX’s golden anniversary, we’ll also discuss best practices for supporting girls and women in athletics. This session is brought to you by Hudl and WeCOACH.
