Data says that we as coaches are some of the most influential, positive forces on today’s youth by helping them build lifetime leadership skills. And more than ever, coaches are being asked to model and build a culture that embraces diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Dr. Jen Fry, a nationally renowned social justice educator trusted by some of the top D1 and national sports orga­ni­za­tions, will offer strategies for integrating these practices into your program.
