The Hudl Analyst Academy was developed to empower current and future analysts with the training and preparation to step into any sporting organisation and be an asset in high-performance environments. Delivered over three weeks, participants will learn the knowledge and skills from each of the different elements involved in being an Analyst using the Hudl Pro Suite — including Hudl and Hudl Sportscode.

Across the three weeks, there will be a range of modules to complete on Hudl Academy as a pre-learning exercise before weekly interactive online presentations hosted by our Hudl Support and Implementation teams. These presentations will include practical tasks and discussions to facilitate learning and development.
Each attendee who completes the programme and all practical assignment tasks will also be awarded their Hudl Analyst Academy Certification (equivalent to a Sportscode Level 2 Certification), which can be added to their personal CVs.
Tuesday 20th January 2026, (2pm GMT), Introduction to Analysis — We’ll dive into what Performance Analysis is and learn the basics of filming and video analysis, as well as discover Sportscode Packages and Coding.
Thursday 22nd January 2026 (2pm GMT), Capture Workflows and Live Analysis — Let’s get our hands on hardware and learn about live game day and training workflows, as well as how to troubleshoot if things go wrong.
Tuesday 27th January 2026 (2pm GMT), Code Windows and Reports — Follow along as we dive deeper into Sportscode, with an introduction to Sportscode scripting and the creation of code windows and statistical output reports.
Thursday 29th January 2026 (2pm GMT), Analysis Techniques ‑We’ll explore the analysis techniques within Hudl Sportscode, including Workflows, Multi-game Analysis, and the integrations with Hudl, Wyscout/Competition Database, Insight and Sportscode.
Tuesday 3rd February 2026 (2pm GMT), Presenting Analysis and Feedback ‑We will discuss the most effective way to present your analysis and provide effective feedback to coaches and athletes.
