Check these items off your list to get your livestream ready for game action.
Register with Tipalti (PPV users only)
This step is only for programs offering pay-per-view streaming.
Tipalti is the software platform where you’ll receive the revenue share that you earn from your streams. If you’ve elected to monetize your livestream, you should receive an email from Tipalti instructing you how to set up your account to receive your livestreaming revenue. You’ll also be prompted to upload your W-9 form to receive payment.
Adding your schedule in Hudl allows you to automate the livestreaming process. Your Focus camera will automatically start and stop recording based on your schedule, which uploads the video directly into your Hudl library, and also pushes the stream live on your Team1Sports page.
Pro Tip: Schedule a test broadcast before streaming any games to ensure you’re good to go for your first game!
Download Production Truck (Optional)
If you’re looking for a more advanced broadcast option, you can choose to download Production Truck. This allows you to add elements to your broadcast like additional camera angles, audio commentary, graphics and integrated advertising.
Reach out to your Hudl representative to learn more about Production Truck.
Download Remote Truck (Optional)
The Remote Truck app allows you to stream directly from an iPad or iPhone to Team1Sports, using the camera from the mobile device to stream the game. Remote Truck is a useful option if you’re looking to capture and stream an event and don’t have access to a Focus camera.
Fans can find your broadcasts on your unique Team1Sports page, which is powered by Hudl TV. While we hope you’ll frequently share your link with your fans, here’s how they can navigate Team1Sports to find it on their own.
