From game day operations to community connection, Hudl's Operations tools are helping Billy & Todd  generate real revenue to pour back into their programs. And with Honest Game handling eligibility, they've got the full picture covered.

Join us October 21 for a live conversation with two ADs who are doing it differently.

What you'll hear about:

  • How they run their departments from the field to the front desk — and what that actually looks like day to day
  • How Hudl's Operations tools are generating real revenue for their programs
  • How Honest Game changed the way they manage eligibility — and what that means for their student athletes
  • What they'd tell ADs who think these tools are just for their coaches
  • Live Q&A — bring your questions

Speaker Details

  • Billy Blackmon
Athletic Director, Tocoi Creek High School (FL)

Billy Blackmon built Tocoi Creek's athletic department from the ground up, bringing Hudl in from day one — not just for football, but for every program in his department. He's used it to connect his community, generate real revenue, and invest it back into his athletes. With 30+ years as a player, coach, and mentor across high school, college, and international levels, he's known for developing high-character athletes and proving that the tools every AD already has can do far more than most realize.

  • Todd Moebes
Athletic Director & Head Football Coach, Huntsville High School (TX)

Todd Moebes played linebacker at Sam Houston State, where he was named team captain his senior season. He's built his career as both a winning coach and a sharp athletic administrator — and at Huntsville, he runs the full program from the sideline and behind the desk.

  • Kim Michelson
    Co-Founder & CEO, Honest Game | Moderator

Kim Michelson founded Honest Game in 2019 on the belief that sport opens doors and eligibility shouldn't be the thing that closes them. In 1987, she became the first female student-athlete in California to compete on male varsity basketball and baseball teams. That experience shaped a career dedicated to helping young people use sport as a path to opportunity. Under her leadership, Honest Game has become the leading eligibility and compliance platform for college athletics, powering the NJCAA Eligibility Clearinghouse nationwide. Honest Game is the trusted academic eligibility and compliance partner for education. We help schools, districts, and colleges identify eligibility gaps early, so student-athletes have time to get on track and compete. As an NCAA Education Partner and the NJCAA Eligibility Clearinghouse, we combine eligibility tracking, NCAA course reviews, and portal maintenance to protect students’ paths to college athletic opportunities.
