Your Hudl profile is often the first impression a college coach sees. Keeping it complete and up to date helps ensure coaches can easily learn more about you, your experience, and your goals.
Opting in to recruiting lets college coaches know you are actively interested in playing at the next level. This step makes your profile visible in Hudl’s recruiting tools.
Hudl’s College Search helps athletes discover programs that align with their academic, athletic and personal preferences—making it easier to narrow down options and start meaningful recruiting conversations.

Ways to Increase Visibility:
Share Highlights: Post to your athlete profile so recruiters can see your growth over the season.
Centralize Data: Keep stats and video in one place to make it easier for coaches to evaluate your performance.
The Recruiting Dashboard gives coaches and administrators a high-level view of their team's recruiting activity—including highlight engagement, profile sharing, and commitment status.
What You Can Track
Use the dashboard to monitor key recruiting metrics for your athletes:
Recruitable Athletes: Athletes who have opted in as actively recruitable in their profiles.
Highlights Published: The total number of highlight reels created by the team and published to profiles.
Highlight Views: The cumulative number of views those highlights have received.
Profile Shares: The number of times athletes have shared their profiles with recruiters via messaging or college search.
