Jim McClurg is the president of Technical Development Resources Company, a consulting and investment firm in Lincoln, NE. Jim is a past member of the University of Nebraska Board of Regents and chairman of that board, and also serves on the board of directors for Assurity Life Insurance of Lincoln, the Nebraska Medical Center Hospital, Omaha, NE, the University Technology Development Corporation of Lincoln, and The Smithers Group of Akron, Ohio. He is the Chairman of Cancer Center Development Corporation of Omaha. Jim recently retired from his position as the senior vice president and chief scientific officer of MDS Pharma Services.

Steve Brown is an entrepreneur and advisor to innovative media and tech ventures that empower people to pursue their passion. He is director and producer of “Spark: A Burning Man Story,” a documentary feature premiering at SXSW 2013. Brown is co-founder and Chairman of Catch.com, a mobile applications company focused on creative collaboration. Before Catch, Brown was founder and CEO of Health Hero Network, a pioneer of personal health monitoring and now a division of Bosch. Brown also serves on the board of Music Prodigy, an intuitive tablet application for music instruction. As a creative innovator, Brown has been an inventor on over 160 US patents. Brown graduated with honors from Stanford University in 1991 with a B.S. in physics.

Mike Dunlap is the chairman and founder of Nelnet (NYSE: NNI), headquartered in Lincoln, NE. Nelnet is one of the leading education planning and education finance companies in the U.S. Mike is currently a member of the board of directors for Union Bank and Trust Company, and also serves as a director and co-president of Farmers & Merchants Investment, Inc., the parent of Union Bank and Trust Company. Mike serves on Lincoln’s 2015 Vision Group, which is actively involved in promoting the development of Nelnet’s and Hudl’s hometown.
CEO, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation
Jeff Raikes is the CEO of the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. He leads the foundation’s efforts to promote equity for all people around the world. He sets strategic priorities, monitors results, and facilitates relationships with key partners for all four program areas. Before joining the foundation, Jeff was a member of Microsoft’s senior leadership team, which sets overall strategy and direction for the company. Jeff was president of the Microsoft Business Division and oversaw the Information Worker, Server & Tools Business and Microsoft Business Solutions groups.
David Graff is the CEO of Hudl. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with an undergraduate degree and MBA from the Jeffrey S. Raikes School in Computer Science and Management. An Omaha, NE, native, David also serves on the Raikes School Advisory Board.
Brian Kaiser is the CTO of Hudl. A Overland Park, Kan. native, Brian graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a computer engineering degree from the Jeffrey S. Raikes School in Computer Science and Management. In 2012, he was named to Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in the sports category, and was joined by co-founders David Graff and John Wirtz on Inc. Magazine’s 30 Under 30 list in 2010.
John Wirtz - Observer
John Wirtz is the Chief Product Officer of Hudl. He graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with an undergraduate degree and MBA from the Jeffrey S. Raikes School in Computer Science and Management. A Blue Springs, Mo. native, John also serves on the Young Alumni Board for the College of Business.

Product Manager, Microsoft
Adam has over a decade of experience in digital media product and business management, from consumer to online publisher to media network businesses. He has deep background in audience segmentation, online and offline targeting, and publisher monetization. Adam is at Microsoft in the Advertising & Consumer Monetization group based in Paris, France. He drives ad product and monetization strategy as well as the go to market of new products for the 50+ markets of MSN International, an audience of over 300 MM users. Prior to this role, he ran the $300 MM global ad targeting business for the Microsoft publisher network, based in Seattle, WA.
General Partner, Speedway Properties; President, Speedway Motors
Clay is general partner and co-founder of Speedway Properties and is the President of Speedway Motors. Clay graduated with honors from Stanford University with a B.A. in economics and an M.S. in industrial engineering and engineering management. Prior to re-joining Speedway, Clay worked at the Booz Allen & Hamilton consulting firm in New York City and at the Hellman & Friedman investment banking firm in San Francisco. Clay is active throughout Nebraska, having served on dozens of community and state-wide boards. He currently serves as Chairman of the Nebraska Educational Telecommunications Commission.
CEO, Valentino’s of America
Duane Thomas has spent over 25 years as an executive officer and board member of a U. S. corporate holding company, and has formerly served as the chairman of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce. Duane currently serves as the President of Valentino’s of America, the franchisor of more than 40 Valentino’s pizza locations and take-out shops in six Midwestern states.
