Sandringham TAC Football Club

Pioneered new teaching techniques for their league.

Who: Sandringham Dragons, Aussie Rules Football Club (Aus)

The Story: As one of the six founding teams of the TAC Cup, the Sandringham Dragons are no strangers to blazing new paths.

The team has embraced all things video, so much in fact that their use case was seen as the standard template for the rest of their league on how to fully utilize video analysis tools.

Additionally, their contributions to pushing the Moorabbin Reserve Redevelopment has proved imperative in pushing the project through.

“As integral partners at the new facility AFL Victoria and the Sandringham Dragons will be able to have their administration, education, training and game day base all together in one hub for the first time in their history and this will allow our players, their families and associated stakeholders the very best of sporting, education and recreational opportunities while also providing a very important sense of space and belonging which we haven’t truly had before now.” – Ryan O'Connor, talent manager for the Sandringham Dragons
