Course 6:   Video Management

Lesson 1:   Find Your Video

  1. Create custom labels. Think of them like folder tabs in a filing cabinet — they make it easy to locate what you need. Add them to videos you want to group together. 

  2. Use the search bar. It’s just like Google. All you have to do is type in a keyword to find the video you’re looking for. 

  3. Filter by content type. Trying to find a scout match, but can’t remember what you named it? Use the game, scout and playlist filters to shorten your search. 

  4. Sort with events. Click on an entry from your schedule to pull up all the videos associated with it. Easy-peasy.

  2. Not sure where to start with custom labels? We know, the pos­si­bil­i­ties are endless. One idea could be to group games by all your wins and losses. Or create a custom label for your conference matches or tournaments you play in.

  3. Clear your filters with one click. Say you filtered by a custom label, a content type and three scheduled events. Use the clear button to remove those filters and load your complete library again.
