Lesson 2:   Uploading FAQ

  1. I have a ton of files from just one match. What can I do about that? To upload them all at once, drag and drop them as a group. They’ll merge into a single video on Hudl. 

  2. Dang! The upload on my computer froze. What should I do? I’d hate to lose everything I’ve already uploaded. Good news — you can restart the upload without losing the progress you already made! Open up a new tab and start the upload again and just make sure you use the same files in the same order. Your progress will continue from where it froze.

  3. The upload on my iPad froze. You have a magic solution, right? Sure do. Navigate to Settings > General on your iPad or iPhone and toggle WiFi off and back on. After that, force quit the Hudl app, then reopen it. This should jump start your upload.

  4. My upload is stuck at 1% and has been for awhile. What gives? There’s probably a firewall blocking the upload. Pass this firewall information along to your IT team, and they should be able to get you squared away. Or give it a try on another network (at home, a coffee shop, McDonald’s — just make sure to run another connection test so you know it’ll work).
