Clear Browser Cache

Occasionally updates may be made to the portal, but your computer may not fully load them. This can sometimes cause odd bugs and the computer's cache may need to be refreshed. There are a few ways to clear your computer's cache or browsing data. The easiest way is to:

  1. Go to the page that is giving you trouble.

  2. Hold down Ctrl + F5. The page will refresh, clearing your browser's cache.

Alternatively, you can:

  1. Click the menu icon.

  2. Hover over History, then click History.

  3. Click Clear browsing data.

  4. In the drop-down, select beginning of time. Check the first four options, then click Clear browsing data.

  5. Return to the page that was giving you trouble and refresh.
