Clear Browser Cache

Occasionally updates may be made to the por­tal, but your com­put­er may not ful­ly load them. This can some­times cause odd bugs and the computer’s cache may need to be refreshed. There are a few ways to clear your computer’s cache or brows­ing data. The eas­i­est way is to:

  1. Go to the page that is giv­ing you trouble.

  2. Hold down Ctrl + F5. The page will refresh, clear­ing your browser’s cache.

Alternatively, you can:

  1. Click the menu icon.

  2. Hover over History, then click History.

  3. Click Clear brows­ing data.

  4. In the drop-down, select begin­ning of time. Check the first four options, then click Clear brows­ing data.

  5. Return to the page that was giv­ing you trou­ble and refresh.
