Camera Didn't Pass Camera Portal Test

If you receive an error while running a camera test on the Volleymetrics portal, it likely means one of four things:

  1. You have the wrong username/password.
  2. Your camera isn't accessible at that IP address - it's either unplugged or using a different address.
  3. Your firewall is blocking the camera from communicating with our servers and you need to whitelist additional IP addresses.
  4. The SD card has failed and may need to be formatted, is unmounted, or simply not in the camera.

Start by reaching out to your IT department to check firewall settings. You can find the required settings in the Camera Installation Guide. They should also be able to test the camera's connection to power and internet.
