Clear Browsing History

Try these steps if you’re having trouble accessing a page or using a feature on Hudl.com. Check out instructions below for Google Chrome and Internet Explorer

Google Chrome

  1. Click the menu icon.

  2. Hover over History, then click History.

  3. Click Clear browsing data.

  4. In the drop-down, select beginning of time. Check the first four options, then click Clear browsing data.

  5. Return to the page that was giving you trouble and refresh.

Internet Explorer

  1. Click the tools icon

  2. Hover over Safety, then click Delete browsing history…

  3. Make sure the first four boxes are checked and click Delete

  4. Return to the page that was giving you trouble and refresh.

Google Chrome

  1. Click the menu icon.

  2. Hover over History, then click History in the sub-menu.

  3. Click Clear browsing data.

  4. In the drop-down, select beginning of time. Check the first four options, then click Clear browsing data.

  5. Try accessing the page or feature again on Hudl.com.

Safari

  1. Click Safari.

  2. Select Clear History.

  3. Make sure the drop-down is set to all history, then click Clear History.

  4. Try accessing the page or feature again on Hudl.com.
