Add Coaches

Coaches can only be added with the same official school email address (ending in .edu or .ca) as the admin (ex. new Coaches can be added with if the admin's email ends in

  1. Once logged into your Recruit account click the Manage tab.

  2. Select Add Staff Member.

  3. Type in Coach’s first name, last name, official school email address, and phone number (leave off carrier). Leave the Team Admin box unchecked.

    Adding a cell phone number will help with receiving two-factor authentication.

  4. Click Add to Team.

  5. Once added, they’ll receive an invite to their designated email asking them to create a password for the account. Once that’s been generated, they’re ready to use Recruit.
