Viewing Purchase History
The Purchase History tool shows all purchases done through the site from all broadcasts. Customer admins can see the purchase history for all broadcasts across various accounts.

Broadcast Purchase History

Navigate to the Broadcast Grid page under Produce.

Then navigate to the Purchase page, using the $ icon, for the specific broadcast.
If you are looking for a broadcast that has already been streamed, you can alter the Status filter option to Archived and then select Update Filter in the upper right.

Then you will see a page with the total number of purchases indicated with the total revenue combined for that particular broadcast. Under that area, you will see each individual purchase made by fans.
The revenue displayed here is a total and does not take into consideration any revenue split between your organization and Hudl.
Site Purchase History

If attempting to view Purchase History for an entire Customer, navigate under Reports>Purchase History for Customer.

Go to the Admin page on vCloud and scroll down under Reports. Select Purchase History for Site.

Select the proper site in the dropdown by typing it in at the top of the page.
Navigate to Reports>Purchase History for Site.

The Purchase History page by default shows all the purchases associated with your site. Sort and filter by status, mode, order number, access type, name, email, amount, and date.
There is also a Download CSV option available, which allows the download of a spreadsheet of the filtered (or unfiltered) purchases.
Customer Purchase History

Navigate to the Broadcast Grid page under Produce.

Go to Purchase page, using the $ icon, for the specific broadcast.

View the broadcast purchase history from the Broadcast Details page. In the upper right-hand corner, from the Operations button, select the Purchase History option.
Access Passes

From vCloud, navigate up to Access>Access Passes.

Use the search filters to find the particular access pass to view purchases for.
Click on the dollar symbol to its right to get to the Purchase History page.

In blue is a summary of all the purchases. Below is a list of individual purchases from fans.
Net revenue is n blue to the left of the total row.
The net revenue is the total amount of revenue made from purchases on this access pass. It does not consider any revenue share agreement between your organization and Hudl.
FAQs
Can I give a refund?
Sorry to hear that the fan had a poor viewing experience! Only our Support team can provide refunds, please direct the fan to our refund form and their request will be processed.
Where do I look to see duplicate purchases?
The Purchase History page will show all purchases associated with that livestream. You can use the filter options at the top to search for a particular purchase. Duplicate purchases will only occur if a fan logs in on another account, that the purchase was not made under.
Where can I see when a payout will be made?
Payouts will be made quarterly, unfortunately, the exact times are not publicly available. Our team processes payouts as quickly as possible!
I haven't received our payment, what can I do?
Revenue share payments are distributed within 30-days of the end of the quarter. If you have not received your revenue share payment in that timeframe, please reach out to our Support Team.
Can I change my Revenue Share percentage?
Revenue Share percentages cannot be changed for your active package, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to discuss these details!
