Filtering the Broadcast Grid

Using vCloud Broadcast Grid, use the filters to narrow down the broadcasts you see to a certain selection. This can be useful for narrowing to a specific sport, a specific date range, and determining analytics.

  1. Navigate to the Broadcast Grid page under Produce.

  2. Use the filters at the top to filter to any of the fields available.

    Select the Update Filter to apply changes and the broadcasts below will reflect the changes.

  3. If you wanted to see all of the broadcasts you streamed last year, select the Status option to Archived and alter the Scheduled Date field and choose the date range of last year. There are some quick options, such as last week or last month that you can also use.

    Select Update Filter. You will then see all the broadcasts listed below from last year.

  4. Additionally, you can see the total number of broadcasts by the number listed in the upper right of the pages.

    You can also utilize other options, such as:

    • Bar Graph icon get analytics for all those broadcasts
    • Download CSV get all broadcasts in a spreadsheet with title, date/time, etc.
    • Download Archives button to get all broadcasts sent to you as .mp4 files. Only the first 25 will be sent and additional requests must be made for more.
