Add Athletes with Invite Codes (Computer)
Only athletes can be added using invite codes. Get coaches and admins on Hudl by manually adding them.
See how to invite team members, approve or decline their request to join your team and resend invites.
Invite Team Members

Log in to Hudl.com, hover over Team and select Manage Team.

Click Add Team Members.

Click Copy to share the registration page URL and team code with your athletes.
Athletes will go to the URL, enter the code and fill out their information as prompted to access the team.
Approve or Decline Team Members
Once an athlete has entered the code and their information, you'll need to approve their request.

Log in to Hudl.com, hover over Team and select Manage Team.

Click Awaiting Approval.

Select a pending member and click Approve to add them to the team, or Decline to remove the pending invite.
To save time, select multiple team members and approve or decline all of them at once from the blue banner that appears.
Resend an Invite

Log in to Hudl.com, hover over Team and select Manage Team.

Select the athlete you need to resend an invite to.

Click Resend invite.

Log in to the Hudl app and tap Manage Team.

Tap the add member icon.

Toggle to Team Code.

Tap Share to send the registration page URL and team code.
Athletes can go to the URL, enter the code and fill out their information as prompted to access the team.
Approve or Decline Team Members
Once an athlete has entered the code and their information, you'll need to approve their request.

Log in to the Hudl app and tap Manage Team.

Tap the group drop-down.

Select Pending Members.

Tap the green check to add the team member. Choose the red x to decline and remove the invite.
