Update Account Information
Log in to Hudl.com, hover over your name and click Account Settings.
Update your name, phone number, profile picture, email, password, language or time zone.
Click Save Changes.
If you see "Could not update your profile” after trying to save changes, contact support. Let us know the email address currently associated with your Hudl account and the new email address you would like to use.
I need to change my password. How do I do that?
You can change your password by hovering over your name in the top right-hand corner of your account and going to your Account Settings.
I'm a coach on a team and one of my athletes forgot their password, how do I change this for them?
Due to security and privacy reasons, passwords must be updated by the user themselves. If the athlete is running into issues with changing their password have them contact our Support team.
Help! I forgot my password and I can’t get signed in!
If you can’t remember your password, you can request a password reset by clicking ‘Need Help Logging In?’ on the login screen.
I requested a password reset but no longer have access to the email I use with Hudl. What do I do?
You’ll need to update your email address by going to your Account Settings under your name in the top right corner. If you cannot get logged in to do this you’ll need to be re-added to the team. Once you’ve been re-added contact our Support team to request your two accounts are merged.
How do I change the language for my Hudl account?
You can change the language from the Account Settings page of your Hudl account. Follow the steps above to change your language.
How do I permanently delete my Hudl account?
If you'd like to permanently delete your Hudl account, you'll need to contact our Support team to begin the deletion process.
