Create a Presentation

Presentations are only available for teams with a Gold or Platinum package.

  1. Log in to Hudl.com, hover over Video and select Library.

  2. To create a new presentation, click Presentation then Create a Presentation. To add content to an existing playlist, simply select the playlist to start adding content.

  3. Name your presentation and choose where it should be stored. Then click Create this Playlist. You can then take any of the following actions:

    • Add video
    • Add slides
    • Upload files like PDF's or pictures
    • Add playbook content

  4. To add a slide, select the clip you want it to precede and click Add Slide. With every slide you have the following options:

    • Add slide with text
    • Upload files like PDF's or pictures
    • Add playbook content

  5. Add Video

    To add video from other playlists in your library, open a playlist with that video. Check the circle next to each clip you'd like to add.

  6. Click and hold the selected video, drag it over your presentation and let go of the mouse. (You should see a small blue box with the clip count as you drag the video.)

  7. Add Slides

    Click in the slide to begin entering text. Changes will save automatically as you type. Highlight any text to see the formatting options.

  8. Click Upload Files Here to upload images, PDF's or PowerPoint presentations. Browse for the files on your computer and click Open.

    Supported file types include: jpg, pdf, png, ppt, pptx, bmp, gif, jpeg, tif and tiff.

  9. Add Playbook Content

    Click Add Playbook Content to search for play cards in your team’s playbook.
