Send a Large File to Support

We suggest the following: MyAirBridge and WeTransfer.

MyAirBridge - Up to 20GB

  1. Click Send files via link.

  2. Browse until you find the desired file. Open it.

  3. Click Send.

  4. Wait for the upload to finish.

  5. When the upload is finished, copy and paste the resulting link to your email and send it to our Support team.

WeTransfer - Up to 2GB

  1. Click Add your files.

  2. Browse until you find the desired file. Open it.

  3. Send the file to your email.

  4. Wait for the upload to finish.

  5. When the upload is finished, go to your email and forward the link to our Support team.
