Collaborative Coding
Collaborative coding is a new feature in Hudl Sportscode. This feature allows users to code on multiple machines and multiple sources and share respective codes with each other. It updates video and data much faster than previous features, while also creating a local copy of the capturing video on the viewing computers.
Collaborative Coding requires a minimum of 2 ELITE licenses
Computer 1
-
Set up your computers for sharing, then open a capture window on your primary computer.
-
Click the gear icon.
-
Check Share with other devices.
-
Start your capture.
All computers capturing video must start a video capture.
-
Save your capture to a shared folder so that is accessible to other computers.
-
Once your capture starts, begin coding.
Computer 2
-
Repeat steps 1–6 on your second computer.
This can be repeated on as many computers you wish. We recommend up to 6.
