Checking Device Storage

  1. To check the memory status of the devices, we can see it on the SmartStation screen. The free space appears in white and the occupied space in black.

  2. To erase the data from the devices from SPRO, connect the device(s) to the computer (with the PC mode option enabled in the case of connecting them through the SmartStation) and click on File> Downloads manager.

  3. Finally, select USB, and once the system detects the device(s), click on the erase icon (located in the lower left corner).

  4. Users will be warned that all data on the device will be erased and after accepting, the device's memory will be emptied and the device will reboot.
