Removing a Player from your Team

WIMU Cloud does not allow us to delete player profiles. Instead, we are able to archive them. This will hide the player profiles without affecting the average session values where this player participated. At the same time, we can retrieve the profile if it would be necessary.

  1. Once we have accessed the WIMU Cloud account, go to the Players section.

  2. First, select the specific player profile from the Players List. Then activate the Archived option. Finally, click on Save.

  3. To retrieve a player profile from the archived section, click on the 3 points button and then activate the Show Archived check. Now you have access to archived players' profiles.

  4. Select the player you want to retrieve and deactivate the Archived option, then click on Save.
