How to Share a Dashboard

In WIMU Cloud there are 3 ways to share a dashboard. We can export it as a .json file, as a pdf, or share it through a link. Below we explain each of them.

Export .JSON file type

  1. In the dashboard selection window, we locate the dashboard we want to export and click on the bottom right section on the three dots, and then on the "Export" option.

  2. This option will generate a .JSON file, which will contain the dashboard structure and can be imported into any other WIMU Cloud account.

Export PDF file

  1. Within the dashboard window in question, on the upper right side, we will find the option to export by PDF, which is shown as a blue rectangle.

  2. In this way, we will obtain a PDF file with all the dashboard information.

    It is important to consider that in the dashboard design, the widgets do not overlap with the cuts marked by an image of scissors and a dotted line. If this is not the case, it will not be possible to export it as a PDF.

Sharing Via a Link

  1. Within the dashboard window in question, on the upper right side, we will find the option to share by means of a link, which is shown as an arrow symbol.

  2. Then we click on "Generate", and this will create a link, in which we will be able to visualize all the dashboard information including the interactions of all the filters.

  3. If we then click on "Administrate", we will be able to configure the name of the link, the number of days before its expiration, set a password for the link, or if we want to update the latest modifications of the dashboard.

    If we select "0" days to expire, the link will not expire until we do it manually.
