Checking the Data Source Shown in SPRO

It is possible that the data shown in a widget does not coincide with the data you have seen in the SPRO analysis or with the data shown in the Sessions section. This does not imply that the data is wrong, but that you should check where the data is coming from or what operation the Dashboard is generating.

  1. Dashboard Configuration

In this section you find different configurations depending on the analysis to be performed in the Dashboard.

    • If you want to make an analysis of the session taking into account the breaks between tasks, the “All Tasks” button must be deactivated and the “Session” option must be activated.
    • If you want to make an analysis of the effective time of the session, without taking into account the time between tasks, the “All Tasks” button must be deactivated and the “Drills” option must be activated.
    • If the analysis is to differentiate by task in any widget, the “All Tasks” button must be enabled.

  2. Filter Rank

This hierarchy indicates which filter each widget created in the Dashboard depends on. If a filter does not work, it may not be installed correctly.

  3. Self Ranking

In the configuration of each widget, there is a self-filtering section at the bottom left. This option allows you to apply filters directly to the widget. It is important to check if there is any self-filtering created and it is modifying the data displayed.

  4. Data Operation

The data displayed in any widget will be the result of the operation that is selected for each variable in the widget configuration in the Variables - Config section. This option allows different operations

    AVG: Average

    SUM: Sum

    MIN: Mínimum value

    MAX: Maximal value

    SD: Standard deviation
