Player not Appearing in SVIVO Map
-
You will probably not have the correct coordinates. It is important to select the correct device we are using to obtain the coordinates.
-
You will probably have to repeat the setup process again to reset the frequency. It is important to check that the devices have the same frequency as ANT+
First of all, you need to have the SVIVO Server and SVIVO software installed. If you do not have them, you can download the server from the WIMU Cloud platform, specifically in the "Downloads" section, and the software from the Microsoft store.
Once both the server and the program have been downloaded and installed on the tablet, before executing them, we must connect the ANT+ USB antenna to a USB input of the device. Once the antenna is connected, we can proceed to run first the SVivo server and then the SVivo program.
In addition, it would be convenient to turn on the WIMU devices to be used and place them on a stable surface for about 30 seconds to stabilize and find the signal in which they are configured (GPS, UWB, GPS/UWB or None), while performing the above process.
When SVIVO Server is opened, a new window will appear in which we must select the "Yes" option to be able to run it without any problems.
-
After that, the SVIVO Server window will open, where we will be able to see:
- On/Off button
- Duration of server operation
- Server start date and time
- Radio frequency at which the ANT+ USB antenna connected to our device is configured
- Number of ANT+ USB antennas detected by the server
- WIMUs detected by the antenna
- Number of SVivo software connected to this server
- Last time the server received information from the devices.
The correct operation must be continuous, as if it were a clock, if we see that it has stopped, it has stopped receiving information from the devices.
-
If we have connected the WIMUs and they are configured in the same RF as the ANT+ USB antenna we can check that everything works correctly, the number of WIMUs detected by the server will correspond to the number of devices that we are going to use. If no device is detected, then we would have to change the RF of the antenna to the one where the devices are configured or it may be that the USB port of the device has a defect, so we could change the ANT+ USB antenna to another USB input.
After running the server, we can run the SVIVO software, and the first thing to do is to log in to the user account. To do this, click on the "Log in" icon.
-
Then type the following fields:
- URL (In the URL we must always put wimupro.wimucloud.com and click on "Log In".
- User
- Password
-
When synchronizing the SVIVO user account with the WIMU Cloud user account, all the devices connected to the name and image of the player that we have set in WIMU Cloud will appear on the screen. Again, in case they do not appear on the screen, it could be because the RF of the ANT+ USB antenna is not the same as the RF of the devices.
-
To adjust it, click on the icon "Preferences”.
-
A new window will be opened. In this window, a tab will appear with the players tab, with the number, name, and WIMU ID, "Players".
-
The "Sessions" tab will have the history of all sessions.
-
In the "Server" tab you can modify the server configuration.
-
And finally, the "Settings" tab has different configuration options, such as the units of measurement for acceleration, area, distance and speed.
-
In the Server section, we must select, in the "Change to" field, the RF, between 90 and 198, in which the devices are located. Once selected, click on "Set" until the desired RF appears in the "Server RFREQ" section.
-
Once the RF antenna has been configured, all the devices that we are going to use will appear on the home screen and we can continue with the start of a new session by clicking on the "New Session" icon, which appears at the bottom right of the screen. Below are the steps to follow to correctly configure the training session.
