Add/Test Your Camera on the Volleymetrics Portal

To be sure your matches will be recorded with your VolleyMetrics camera, add the camera’s information to the portal and test it prior to use. Remember to use Google Chrome as your internet browser when accessing the VolleyMetrics online portal.

  1. Go to https://portal.volleymetrics.com/#/portal/settings/locations.

  2. Click Add New Venue.

  3. Enter the Venue Name and select a Timezone.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Select the + icon.

  6. Enter the information for Camera Name, IP address, Username and Password.

    This should be the camera’s username and password, not your VolleyMetrics login. If you don’t know your camera's login details, please check with your IT department.

  7. Click Run.

    If using the HTTPS setup, enter :443 at the end of the IP address.

  8. If your camera passed, click Save & Test Changes to close the window. If it fails, it is likely one of these reasons.
