Manually Download from Your Volleymetrics Camera

  1. Open Google Chrome.

  2. Add your camera's IP address into the browser URL and press enter. You'll be prompted to provide the camera's username and password.

    In the image above, the camera's IP address has been blurred out. Normally, the IP address will show in the browser URL.

  3. Click the Storage icon.

  4. Click Go to recordings...

  5. Click on the recording you want to download.

  6. Click the gear settings icon, then Export.

  7. Confirm the file details. Click Export.

    The video file will download to your machine.

  8. Follow this process to upload the video to Volleymetrics.
