Send Messages

  1. Log in to Hudl.com and click the messaging icon.

  2. Click Send a New Message.

  3. Enter the name(s) of one or more team members in the To: field.

  4. Click the checkbox next to the name of the group(s) or individual(s) to whom you’re sending the message, then click Done

  5. Type your message in the provided area.

  6. To add an attachment (available only for Gold and Platinum users), click the paper clip icon and select your file.

    Select up to five files, each up to 10MB. Or drag and drop files into an existing conversation. Common Microsoft Office files, photos and PDFs formats are accepted.

  7. Click Send.

  8. Click Seen by > to see who has seen your message and what notifications were sent.

  9. Click Details to mute notifications or change who can send messages.

  1. Log in to the Hudl app and tap Menu.

  2. Select Messages.

  3. Tap the paper and pencil icon.

  4. Enter the name(s) of one or more team members in the To: field. Tap the name of the group(s) or individual(s) to whom you’re sending the message.

  5. Type your message in the provided area.

  6. Tap Send.

  7. Tap Seen by > to see who has seen your message and what notifications were sent.

  8. Click Details to mute notifications or change who can send messages.

    This feature is only available to team administrators.

  1. Log in to the Hudl app and tap Menu.

  2. Select Messages.

  3. Tap the pencil icon to start a new message.

  4. Enter the name(s) of one or more team members in the To: field. Tap the name of the group(s) or individual(s) to whom you’re sending the message.

  5. Type your message in the provided area, then tap the send icon.

  6. Tap Seen by > to see who has seen your message and what notifications were sent.

  7. To mute notifications or change who can send messages, tap the action menu > Details.

    This feature is only available to team administrators.
