Add Coaches

Only team administrators can add coaches.

  1. Log in to, then hover over Team and select Manage Team.

  2. Click Add Team Members.

  3. Fill out the coach’s information in the fields provided. Select Role then Coach or give your coach Admin capabilities.

    Admins can: 

    • Add, edit and delete coaches
    • Access all library content
    • Exchange video with other Hudl teams
    • Send recruiting packages
    • View and pay invoices                               
  4. Click Add Details.

  5. Add their phone number and carrier information. Click Save Team Member.

Only team administrators can add coaches.

  1. Log in to the Hudl app and tap Team Members.

  2. Tap the add member icon.

  3. Enter the required information for First Name, Last Name and Email.

    Phone Number and Phone Carrier are necessary if you plan to use text notifications.

  4. Select Coach.

  5. Tap Save & Add Another or Save Member.

    You’ll see a confirmation message at the top of your screen once your coach has been successfully added.
