Accept Exchanges

Only team admin­is­tra­tors can access exchanges. 

  1. Log in to Hudl​.com, hov­er over Exchanges and click Direct.

  2. Select the exchange you’d like under Active Exchanges.

  3. Follow the instruc­tions for the type of exchange you’re accepting:

  4. One-Way Exchange
    • Add to Video Library: Add the video to your team’s library.
    • Delete: Delete the exchange from your team.
  5. Two-Way Exchange
    • Respond: In a two-way exchange, you must send video back to the user before you can add their video to your library. After you click Respond, choose the video(s) you want to send back. Once the oth­er team has accept­ed your video(s), you’ll have the option to Add to Video Library.
    • Decline: Let the team who start­ed the exchange know you aren’t accept­ing it.
    • Delete: Delete the exchange from your team.
  6. Exchange Request
    • Send Video: Send video direct­ly back to the team that request­ed it.
    • Decline: Let the team request­ing video know you aren’t accept­ing their request.
    • Delete: Delete the exchange request from your team.
  7. After you click Add to Video Library, select a sched­uled event you’d like the video saved under, or click Add Without Scheduled Event.

  8. Select the cat­e­go­ry as Game FootagePractice or Opponent Scout.

  9. Click Add to Video Library.

    To watch the video, click View Video or Video from the nav­i­ga­tion bar.

  9. Tap Add to Video Library.

    You can now watch the video by tap­ping Video
