Set Up the Hardware Kit
This tutorial is for Sideline kits manufactured prior to 2023. You can see the tutorials for 2023 hardware here. Not sure which kit you have? Learn how to differentiate between Sideline hardware kits.

Fire up the Battery (A).
Charge the battery before every game. It takes at least 4 hours to fully charge.

Power on your Streaming Kit (B). Wait three to five minutes for Streaming Kit (B) to fully power on before moving to camera setup.

Power on your end zone camera. If your Streaming Kit (B) has a screen, connect the HDMI Cord (not provided) from your camera to the Camera Input Cord (C).
If your Streaming Kit does not have a screen, connect the HDMI Cord (not provided) from your camera to the Streaming Kit (B).

Plug the HDMI Output Cord (D) from the hardware kit into your end zone monitor. (Skip this step if you don't use an end zone monitor.)
If your streaming kit looks different than the one in the steps above, follow the steps below.

Check the LED lights on the Streaming Kit (B), they should be on.

Power on your end zone camera. Connect your camera to the “HDMI In” port on the Streaming Kit (B) via an HDMI cord (not provided).
In the end zone, the camera connects to the Camera Input Cord regardless of which streaming kit you have but in the press box you will plug your camera directly into the streaming kit.

Plug the HDMI Output Cord (D) from the hardware kit into your end zone monitor. (Skip this step if you don't use an end zone monitor.)
