Download a Playlist and Import into Hudl Sportscode

Open a playlist in Instat.

Select the instances to from the playlist to download.

Once the instances are selected, click Download for Sportscode.

Select the video quality for your playlist and click Download.

Always choose 720 or greater when possible. Only select 400 when it is the only option available to have a better experience when importing the video into Hudl Sportscode.

Note: If your download doesn't begin, remove any pop-up blockers for Instat from your web browser.

After the download is complete, unzip the file.

This folder will contain an XML and video files to be used to import into Hudl Sportscode.

Open Hudl Sportscode, then select File > Import > Video.

Select the video folder.

Click Create.

You can choose to either Copy into package with transcoding or Move into package without transcoding.

After naming and choosing a location for the playlist, click Save.

To import the data from Instat, select File > Import > Sportscode XML.

Select the XML file, then click Open.

Select Instances to send to a playlist, then click Organizer or Sorter.

Sorter is only available for Hudl Sportscode Elite licenses. Interested in Upgrading?
