Frame Rate Issues on Roku Applications

Issues such as stuttering may be due to issues involving the Roku device's ability to handle certain frame rates. Our Roku apps include a feature to resolve this issue.

  1. Open up the Roku application.

  2. Navigate to the Settings and Search area. This will be below the Live/Upcoming, Recent, and Channel areas.

  3. Select and deselect the Framerate Correction option and ensure that the Status is Enabled.

    When attempting to view broadcasts. Stuttering issues should no longer be an issue.
