Use Promo Codes

Promo codes can be used to reduce the overall cost of a broadcast or access pass. Enter the promo code when purchasing or accessing the broadcast.

  1. Navigate to the broadcast to utilize the promo code for. Select Purchase Access.

    Note: Promo codes cannot be retroactively applied to broadcasts already purchased.

  2. Log in with one of the following options presented. If an account already exists, log in with those credentials.

  3. On the Select Purchase Option screen, select the option that has the Promo Code associated with it if multiple options are available.

    To the right, enter a Promo Code. Type in the Promo Code exactly as it was provided to you. Select Apply.

  4. The Promo code value will be deducted and reflected.

  5. If the promo code was intended to provide you with viewing access the Watch Broadcast screen will appear.

    Otherwise, enter in a new credit card or choose from a previously saved one.

  6. Enter billing information (including credit card information). Select the team you are supporting from a dropdown menu if requested to do so.

    Note: If future purchases will be made with BlueFrame, select the Remember Credit Card button to save credit card information.

  7. Confirm billing information, select and agree to the terms of use and click Submit to be taken to the Order Successful screen.

  8. The Order Successful page will indicate that an email will be sent regarding the purchase. In the bottom right-hand corner, select Watch Broadcast to view the content.

FAQs

Are there any promo codes available? Can you provide me with a promo code?

We are unable to provide you with a promo code. Only schools or broadcasting organizations can provide you with promo codes. Your purchases directly benefit athletic institutions and we don't want to take away from that!

My promo code is not working, what's wrong?

We would recommend reaching out to whoever provided you with the promo code. There may be a usage limit on the promo code or it may have been disabled by the school or broadcasting organization.
