Google Chrome is suggested to view broadcasts on a laptop, tablet, or computer.
-
Select the pay-per-view broadcast to watch. Click Purchase Access.
-
Log in to the purchasing system using Facebook, Google, Apple ID, or create a separate login for purchases with our system.
When logging in to access a purchase at a later time, you must log in with the account you utilized to purchase initially, whether that was through our login, Facebook account, Google account, or Apple ID.
-
Video may have more than one purchase option available. Choose your desired purchase option and click Next to proceed to the billing information page.
-
If your selected Purchase Option has a Promo Code associated with it, enter the promo code off to the right. Type in the code and select Apply. That amount will be reduced from the total reflected at the bottom of the screen.
Not all broadcasts have promo codes associated with them and promo codes will be provided by schools or broadcasting organizations.
-
Enter in a new credit card, or if a purchase has been made with us before and Remember Credit Card was selected, select the previous card.
-
Enter your credit card information. If you plan on making future purchases with us, select the Remember Credit Card box to save that information.
For some schools, you will be asked to select a school to support. This does not affect which content you have access to.
If you use an international payment method, please enter your billing code without spaces.
-
Confirm your billing information, and select to agree to the terms of use, and click Submit.
You will see the total amount you are being charged in the bottom right. This includes a small service fee and sales taxes based on your state or region.
-
An email will automatically be sent to you regarding your purchase. In the bottom right-hand corner, select Watch Broadcast to view the content.
Access Again After Purchase
-
If access to the video is lost or you would like to purchase it again, return to the event page containing the video. A link also appears in the email received when the video was purchased. When the video window loads, click on the Already Purchased? Login to Access.
You must login with the same account used to originally purchase, whether this was logging in via a generic, Facebook, Google, or Apple ID account.
-
Log in and click Watch Broadcast.
If a screen that indicates that "there is no purchase associated with your account" appears, log out and log in using the account initially used to purchase (Generic, Facebook, Google or Apple ID).

Region Blocking

If you receive the following message, your region has been blocked from viewing this particular broadcast.
"Sorry, but your region has been blocked from being able to access this content"
This is likely due to restrictions involving the distribution rights of that particular broadcast.

FAQs
I already purchased and am being asked to purchase again, help!
You may be signing in with a different account (BlueFrame vs Facebook vs Google vs Apple).
Make sure you are signing in with the same account you used to purchase. If you are unsure, sign into vcloud.blueframetech.com/me and sign in with your BlueFrame email and password (reset the password if you cannot remember). On the top of the purchase history page, there will be a link to verify your email. Verifying your email will link all your accounts together, across Facebook, Google, and Apple.
The broadcast I am watching says delayed or has stopped, what happened?
A broadcast being delayed means it has not started and is past the scheduled start time. The school or broadcasting organization may still be getting setup. We would recommend waiting as we expect the livestream to start soon!
If a broadcast stops, this means the broadcasting school or organization is encountering technical issues. This may be due to the equipment available or the internet connection at the venue. We would recommend waiting as we expect the livestream to start back up again!
I need a refund, how do I request a refund?
You can request a refund by logging into your account page, finding the purchase you wish to refund, and selecting the Request Refund or Contact Support option.
Can I watch on my TV?
Yes! You can download the appropriate Smart TV application, such as Team1Sports on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Apple TV, or Android TV. For more information on accessing pay-per-view livestreams on Smart TV apps, click here.
I purchased the wrong livestream or package, what do I do?
No worries! First, log into your account page, find the incorrect purchase you made, and select the Request Refund or Contact Support option. We'll process your refund request in a couple of days, and the banks will likely take another couple of days to credit your card. In the meantime, be sure to purchase the correct game.
I'm seeing a lot of buffering with my broadcast. What can I do?
When watching a livestream, you'll need an internet connection bandwidth of 10 Mbps of download speed. You can test your connection at SpeedTest.net. If your internet speed is slow, you can try a few things:
- Connect your computer to an active ethernet cable (hardline).
- Close all unnecessary browser windows or tabs.
My broadcast isn't loading properly. What's wrong?
For best results, we recommend using Google's Chrome web browser, though the latest versions of Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer and Edge should work fine. To check whether your browser needs to be updated, click here.
The broadcast I want to watch has pay-per-view enabled, how do I access it?
Select the broadcast you wish to purchase and select “Purchase Access”, either create an account or sign in with Facebook or Google. Next, select a pay-per-view plan, whether that’s an individual broadcast or pay-per-view pass. Then input your credit card information, confirm payment, and finally select “Watch Broadcast”. You will receive a payment confirmation email regarding your purchase.
I get an error when trying to confirm my payment information, help!
If you get an error when purchasing, this means we are unable to complete your purchase. This usually means that some of the information you are entering regarding your payment is incorrect. We would recommend checking with your bank or card provider in order to verify the information you are entering is correct.
Can I purchase a download of a livestream to keep indefinitely?
Yes! Most schools and broadcasting organizations give fans the ability to purchase livestream downloads. With these purchases, an mp4 file of the game is sent to you through email to download and keep. For more information, click here.
