Manage Your Account
Manage account information, see previous purchases, and manage subscriptions. To access your account visit the Account page.
The website link to access your account is also available at the bottom of the Order Complete! email sent with each purchase.

Logging In

Log in to the account used to make purchases (Generic, Facebook, Google, or Apple ID).

Previous purchases, including subscriptions, are displayed. Navigate your account by selecting the various areas in the upper right-hand corner.
Manage Subscriptions

Select Subscriptions to see active subscriptions. Select the magnifying glass on a specific subscription to view options regarding the subscription, including canceling or suspending it.

Select Pause Subscription? to pause a subscription and charges will not occur for the subscription for the next billing cycle. Access provided by the subscription on the Next Purchase Date will also be lost. Re-enable a subscription at any time, by signing back into the account and navigating back to this page.
Manage Payment Information

Manage the Credit or Debt card associated with the account. Active Subscriptions indicates how many subscriptions are being charged to that particular card.
Selecting the magnifying glass next to a card will allows editing of the details of that particular payment method. The option to Delete the payment option is also available. Access provided by the subscription on the Next Purchase Date will also be lost.
Request a Refund

Click the magnifying glass in order to manage that particular purchase.

Click on the Request Refund or Contact Support option.
Purchases that are older than 90 days cannot be refunded.

Your refund will then be processed or you will be prompted to contact our Support team. If your refund request is processed, you will see that amount returned to you in 5-7 business days.
FAQs
How do I cancel my subscription?
To access your account visit the Fan Account page and login.
Select the Subscriptions options in the upper right, to see active subscriptions. Select the magnifying glass on a specific subscription to view options regarding the subscription, then select cancel.
Can I change the credit card on my subscription?
No, in order to change the card that is being charged, you will need to resubscribe to your content with the new credit card.
If I pause or cancel my subscription will I lose access to the livestreams?
No, you will not lose access! You will have access until your subscription is set to renew, typically 30-days from the time of purchase, if a monthly subscription. Once it is not renewed, you will lose access.
I don't see my purchases under my account, why?
Make sure you are logged into the account you used to originally purchase. Ensure you are logging in under the correct login option; generic, Facebook, Google, or Apple ID.
I need a refund, how do I request a refund?
You can request a refund by logging into your account page, finding the purchase you wish to refund, and selecting the Request Refund or Contact Support option.
