Download Videos Locally
Broadcasts can be purchased for download and then saved locally to your computer in order to be kept permanently for your viewing at any time.

Once the broadcast download is purchased, a confirmation email will be sent regarding the purchase and stating a download link is being generated.
The blue text at the bottom of the email contains the link to the broadcast. Click the link to open the broadcast in your browser and begin watching.
This download link will only work for 30 days from the time of the email receipt. You must save the broadcast to your computer to have access to it indefinitely.

Open the broadcast on your computer and right-click. Select "Save Video As" or "Download Video As" (depending on which browser is being used).
Broadcasts can only be downloaded locally on computers, not mobile devices or Smart TV Apps.

Name the broadcast and choose the location for saving. Click "Save".
Your broadcast will download locally to your computer and be in the location where you choose to place the file. By default, it will appear in your Downloads area.

I'm not able to download the file to my device.
Ensure you are on a computer and not on a mobile or tablet device. Additionally, we recommend opening the file through Google Chrome.
The game I received is incomplete or does not work, what do I do?
